Professional development and a lot of self learning enrichment provided.

Dislikes

Since the management fine tune our submissions again and and again,initially I found it very difficult to cope up with the level of expected perfection but later this rich experience helped me to achieve greater things in teaching. Somehow I feel work life balance is a great challenge here.

It was an awesome experience. My strong foundation in teaching was laid in AMM School

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
