The increments took a hit due to Covid however the company has come up from where it was a year ago and doing their best to keep people happy.

Nothing as such to like. If you are a fresher you can learn a lot of work, office politics and understand what a real work life imbalance is.

No scope of career growth or development and increment. All these factors are all say and no action. Because of this all the experienced people are leaving the organisation and only freshers are available with no actual work experience in the firm nowadays.
