We believe that remunerating and rewarding our employees should be at par with the performance, skills and alignment showcased by them. As a step towards addressing your feedback on skill development, we would like to bring to your knowledge that we have internal trainings of products, processes and external certified trainings of Six Sigma, Lean Management, MDP etc to help you with development in the areas of product knowledge, implementation of processes like PDS, OKR, CFR, development of technical skills and managerial skills. Further, we suggest you to initiate a conversation with your manager regarding the developments you are seeking and also, make them a part of your quarterly goals. We encourage all our employees to do the same through the frameworks of CFR & PDS.

Towards delay in salary and appraisal, 'Wellbeing' is a brand promise of A-1 Fence to its employees, living this promise we are glad to share we haven't had a single termination or lay off during the crisis times of COVID-19 nor have we had salary cuts. The intention has always been that funds be managed to ensure employee wellbeing as priority, this lately has resulted in salaries and appraisal being pushed beyond the scheduled release date but we never have seen salary lapse during any month. We appreciate your support during this time and be rest assured that management is working each day through various initiatives which are working towards returning back to the old cycle as communicated by the senior leaders at A-1 Fence.
