As we are in the era of digitization, 98thPercentile gives us the best opportunity to work from home online and also it has helped a lot of teachers to adapt to this method of teaching. It has given me an opportunity to enhance my skill in both teaching and non teaching areas. The management is really very supportive. The efforts that are put are always recognized by the organisation.

98th percentile provides an excellent opportunity to work from home, it has given me sterling chance to grow as a teacher, the work culture is exceptional, management is extremely supportive, the ideas and efforts of teachers are acknowledged and appreciated, the company policies are really transparent.
