I got to learn a lot of new things and was provided with new opportunities. Lot of flexibility is also there regarding work hours. The founders are quite empathetic and just.

ever since they set up a office in Hyderabad, it because evident that they want to dispose off their online team. which wouldn't be a big deal if they'd just be more upfront about it, rather than to string people along while keeping them in dark. Also to expect employees to relocate without any hike or minimal hike is outrageous. The only criteria to climb the ladder of hierarchy was if you could relocate. Connection between employees is very good here. Feels like home.

Connection between employees and higher authorities. Salary is average. There's no projection of promotion. In the name of skill development, we are only enforced to learn how to add something to the 98th Percentile instead of development as a whole. There's no incentive for lead teachers.

Nothing to Like, they take 3 rounds of interviews, will keep on mailing you for no reason and when it comes to taking interview, the interview keeping her video off and asking stupid questions, not even in a proper uniform, calling herself a professional, which was apparently quite funny.

Have been working here for almost 6 months now, so far it has been a great learning experience. Work culture is amazing and peers here in the marketing department are really great and supportive. Overall it has been really amazing experience. Satisfied in mostly every aspect.

As most of the roles are for night shift you don't have any outside life also Saturday's are working days so you don't have enough time for yourself.
