Politics, no work culture, if you're good at licking you are great, they don't even warn the employee if he is doing wrong they simply kick out without even asking for explanation. No ethics of MNC and HR has no power so it's pointless to seek help when u need. Your senior is licking all the time and if you are the most valuable person of your team then also the senior will not try to retain you. They have a very bad habit of calling for meeting when you're working time is getting over and no compensation when you work extra. They also call you for working on holiday's and even for this shamelessly no compensation is given. All the above things are illegal according to labour law of India but they knew that there are lakhs of people waiting for an opportunity and those who have they fear to loose job, so no one complains. 6 working day in a week and for 9hr 30 min. Your senior has no ethics to call you to his cabin and had a talk. They simply shout at you in cafeteria or corridor. No calendar is maintained no meeting time is scheduled.

Techonlogies are good but they dont give access to all.

Culture is bad. Will sign you bond and will not leave you. Abuses are normal. Increments depend on how much you roam arround directors and how good you are to directors. After leaving hrs will not recieve your calls and they will not complete your fnf. Even you are fresher and you dont have job, still 50 hertz is not a option to be considered. Do internship instead anywhere.
