I regret to express my profound dissatisfaction with my tenure at 4S Developers, The company is notably below Industry standards, marked by unprofessional behavior, rudeness, and aggression from the owners. This has created a toxic work environment with the pervasive use of inappropriate language and slang, indicative of a concerning lack of professionalism. Due to a strong financial background, 4S developers exhibit a troubling approach toward their employees, fostering an atmosphere of disdain and humiliation. The lack of respect and adherence to basic policy and procedure contribute to a chaotic work environment, reflecting a company that lacks the necessary organizational foundations. Reports of salary withholdings from resigning employees and alleged wrongful termination based on fake accusations further underscore a regrettable professional association. In conclusion. My ideal company culture is 1 who support both individuals and team efforts like 4s. 4s give me opportunities to grow ,in couple of months I get promoted to a new position . Company's MD,HR, are very supportive and down to earth, I am very glad to work under them.
