A lot of things are good, owners of the company are good.

Despite being on a senior level, I feel completely not valuable here, VP sales (Aamir Hussain), puts his legs everywhere in the company and just want to fire everyone. Anyone who dont entertain him shall be removed from company, been treated like anything, and he misuse his powers. I really think he needs some help with his bad language.

My advice to everyone please don't come here as long as President - Sales & Marketing is in this company. Who consider himself the owner of this company. If you want to spoil your future then go, otherwise please keep working where ever you are.

President sales is sick , he will continuesly try to insult you,use all harsh words ,sick mentality ,he treats employees like servants, he is a fraud ,useless ,corrupt.He keeps environment of the company like a jail.only join here if you have no self respect.

I regret to express my profound dissatisfaction with my tenure at 4S Developers, The company is notably below Industry standards, marked by unprofessional behavior, rudeness, and aggression from the owners. This has created a toxic work environment with the pervasive use of inappropriate language and slang, indicative of a concerning lack of professionalism. Due to a strong financial background, 4S developers exhibit a troubling approach toward their employees, fostering an atmosphere of disdain and humiliation. The lack of respect and adherence to basic policy and procedure contribute to a chaotic work environment, reflecting a company that lacks the necessary organizational foundations. Reports of salary withholdings from resigning employees and alleged wrongful termination based on fake accusations further underscore a regrettable professional association. In conclusion.
