Single word to describe this organization is "Nepotism". Teammates were not cooperative at all.Although salary was good,work environment was poor, work life balance was poor.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, discrimination and politics are at peak.I was the only person who supposed to do all work,need to work in late night.Manager do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

Work was too much hactic and boring

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Trying to switch after 8 years

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions.
