We can own a complete products for development in some teams.

Same repetitive work, no new innovative development or even no discussion about it. You can be the only person working in team and others may do just nothing in some cases.

I was working in Amberroad private limited it is part of E2open right now.I don't have anything to say good about the company. So poor management, unprofessional management and managers,all unprofessional peoples are there and running like a very small company. Management is failure to set up new people,when I joined including me all new joiners were left within 1 year,I think this is proof of their failure. Most unprofessional,rude managers and all donkeys are sit in management they are not giving training to their managers. Now come to collegues they are not helpful not at all some old employees they think they are superior but believe me all are failure,they are all searing opportunities outside but because of poor skill those employees are still there fact I that they are not able to clear the interview...Read More

First start to layoff with their management most failure people are sitting in management even they are not deserve to sit in that position.Management is not able to set up new people in company. Managers most idiots,rude, unprofessional management should ask to managers why all new employees are come and go.No 1 like to sattle. Oldemployees are not helpful,they think they are superior,but they are most unskilled resources for outside.Those old employees are also want to go outside but their skills are so poor they are not able to clear interviews.
