Nothing is good here. Joining this company is not recommended, especially on Tanmay Gupta's team, humiliating his juniors is his hobby. Upper management is really good at not knowing what is happening to lower employees.
Dislikes
1. Work life balance: It is a myth here. The offer letter provides a specific 9 hours shift timing. In reality, that keeps changing, overtime working without pay is an everyday thing here, and so is working on weekends.
2. Salary Benefits: Salary for freshers is below average (around 3.3lakh in hand). Offer letter has benefits written like food, internet, travel reimbursements all are in strict conditions only. Also, offer letter contains 'joining bonus after 3 months' and 'leave encashment policy'. But leave encashment is only given to employee who has been there for more than 3 years and joining bonus is only provided to experienced employees, none of these conditions are written in clauses.
3. Promotion/Appraisal : Most of the employees are fired just before promotion. Very late appraisal.
4. Job security: None, they can fire you anytime, one small mistake gives you an escalation (last warning).
5. Training: Very basic training is given, not really helpful in actual projects.
6. Work satisfaction: None
7. Company culture: very negative. Upper management has no idea what's happening with lower ranked employees. There is a concept of billing hours where when you do a project, you give an estimate of how many hours it took. Once client pays, the hours get converted to billing hours. HR has no idea about this. They don't consider pending billing hours, even if it is the client who is paying late.
P.S. There is a tech lead called Tanmay Gupta. If you even by the curse of God join this company, do not join that man's team. He treats freshers very harshly. He expects freshers to work like experienced people, when he and the RMs are the ones who have to teach freshers how to work like a professional....Read More
