Heavy politics and only the close people to manager get good appraisal l, promotions. No proper alllounces. Apart from salary don't expect any thing not a diwali bonus as well expect sonpapdi box. Can't change team,project,technology as well

Company Politics Boss Culture People with only 6 and 8 years of experience become Senior Technical Lead and COO of company. If you are on Notice period Leaders will treat you like shit, even in once there was a false alligation of harrasment. CEO humiliated employee on floor infront of 30 odd guys. CEO & Director thinks that bitching about others in front of employees get them some insights about the company(Toxic culture). Great start for freshers as far as Software Development is concerned. Rigorous tasks and competitive projects improves the technical bent of the mind. Work culture is nice, with a lot of fun activities from time to time.
