The things which are not on time: Salary - January's salary gets paid in April end. Hygiene - Poor floor structure, no water, dusty place Appraisal - After the salary cycle, how can you expect it? Promotions - totally ridiculous, have no idea of identifying talents, promotions are based on how well you know their management. Paid half salaries in Lockdown Didn't pay salaries to employees who got COVID at work.
