Work Details

Quality of work is as low as it can be. Sadly leadership doesn’t want to improve. People are hired and fired without thinking through. No work life balance. Unfortunately, although they are exploring ai but they cannot think beyond being a BPO.

None as big to highlight. Like any other organization may be there are tiny opportunity areas but they definitely do not overtake the good practices the organization follows.

My entire tenure with [24]7 has been a great working experience. The organization extended all its support in every possible way and as an employee I couldn't have asked for anything more. I'm extremely happy and satisfied for having worked with them

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
