Dislikes

I found that there was no more scope of career growth in the company after reaching a certain level. The company 21CSS has a stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to movie the company forward .

Work Details

I worked as US IT Recruiter and soon looking into my good work and experience, within six months 21CSS organization has promoted me as a Team lead and gave an healthy professionalism environment .
