While talking about support team I.e Sushma’s team…siji,Ravi, and 2 new are added now. They are not the leaders they are rulers, who eats the employees salary and zero on their skills… When you talk about the last 5 year data most of the employees left the organisation by this 2024, due to Sushma…she is a cruel lady..

Salary not Increased yearly....I have to work with the same salary as the first one....and the rhythm is long distance orders.....There is no such area that 1 phlebotomist does not go...one has to go in all areas....incentive plan is not proper, salary has to be taken

Assistant manager of digitization team Shailendra Chauhan and his bootlickers make other's life hell. I wanted to take transfer in PSP team. He gave negative reviews against me to PSP head. I had no other option than resign. Nobody should join Tata 1mg gurgaon office again

Fellow colleagues helping eachother, company provides salary on time.

Senior's does not provide help to all employees, senior's behaviour not same with all employees and mostly non-favorite employees has to face partiality and bad behaviour. Mostly in Patient support program.

Ah, flexibility with work and team bonding across the BI team was great.

Cross-functionality between teams is very poor, everyone just wants to get done with their side and be like now it is not on us. Salary hikes/appraisals are more on the average/poor side. No perks or benefits tbh.

If you are joining digital marketing team then your life will be hell. There is a digital marketing head over there who used to treat slave to all their juniors so I would advise not join digital marketing team.
