Nothing!! Terrible place to work. They follow hire and fire policy. If you study properly you will understand they have been following this for years. They hire people and once the system is stable They will fire them. Even the best performers are fired. They lack vision, maturity, skill sets to grow.

Zero empathy towards employees. Hiring them when they think they need you and fire you overnight saying we have automated the process and we don't need you anymore. They have ruined my career. Huge employee turnover, and trying to run the so called start up business with 5-6 employees. Hope they don't do the same with you.

No work life balance. Work enviroment is discouraging, the management is hiring experienced people, after en number of interview rounds, but still have zero faith on the new hired employees skill. Any new employee cannot put forward there ideas, as they have there closed approach towards work. Due to past bad experience, they are unable to trust even the good employees, who have really good background and have done great work in past. This hinders not only companies growth, but even employees entichment. They do not have HR team for issues addressal, a team exists only for hiring and there after no existance of the team. Have treated all the women employees in an uncultured manner, especially the women employee. No job security, no mediclaim for the employee. Politics is too high, no new employee can surpass and do something good at work for the company, as the senior employees are there to misguide and does not want any new strong people in the system. This is encouraged by the managent, to create a hostile and competitive enviroment, but it is adversly affecting the employee performance....Read More
