The company culture is so terrible that prepares you mentally for the worst situations in your life.

Dislikes

Forced to work 12 hours a day and getting paid 50% less than the promised salary is most disliked part. You are never treated as an employee but treated as a slave. I would strictly advice the fellow readers to refrain from joining this organisation.

Good office location. Refreshing activities twice a month

1. Toxic work culture 2. Spoiled careers of 25 IITians...They changed the offers ( mine is changed from 17lpa to 7lpa, which is almost 60% reduction) 3. From that 7lpa too.. there are deductions based on KPIs 4. Team leads warns team members to get good KPIs as their KPIs depend on us 5. They hire and fire on daily basis ( they havea specified team for hiring and the same for firing) 6. They ask employees to write reviews on Glassdoor, AmbitionBox and they offer a cheap amount as bribe 7. Not even a single employee benefit 8. Alternate Saturdays are working days 9. The company might shut down in a year or so 10. 9 hours strict working hours, an employee can't leave the campus during his/her 9 hour shift 11. An employee is not allowed outside, even to collect food orders from Zomato and swiggy ( they should collect them as if they are in jail, by not crossing the gates, if an employee crosses the gate security guards take them and submit the employee to their managers)...Read More

There;s a lot to do here. I assure that you will definitely grow. The leaders here give us support, and which makes us feel confident in what we do. Learning is highly encouraged here. Team that I am into is highly motivated, and we work on many complex instances with good cooperation.

Likes

I am pretty impressed about the leave policy of the company. Female employees are granted Maternity leaves of 26 weeks and Male employees are granted Paternity leaves of 5 days. I needed paternity leaves and was granted with ease. Thanks for consideration and for giving us such good benefits.

Since everything is pathetic, you end up making good friends through stress

Dislikes

No clarity of work, you can be fired anytime and high level politics which brainwashed the upper management. Your salaries can be reduced anytime they feel like.
