No work life balance. Work enviroment is discouraging, the management is hiring experienced people, after en number of interview rounds, but still have zero faith on the new hired employees skill. Any new employee cannot put forward there ideas, as they have there closed approach towards work. Due to past bad experience, they are unable to trust even the good employees, who have really good background and have done great work in past. This hinders not only companies growth, but even employees entichment. They do not have HR team for issues addressal, a team exists only for hiring and there after no existance of the team.
