great work culture and supportive co-workers. There are opportunities for professional development and growth. Communication is clear and open feedback culture is practiced. Compensation and benefits are competitive with other start-ups.

Dislikes

work from office on all five days. But of course, there is flexibility, if we request for a wfh, managers are accommodative.

Its fast paced, and I get to learn alot. If I am wrong, I get a chance to try again but I am also held accountable for the work I do.

Dislikes

Its not dislike, but I am still learning to keep up with all the changes and flying in the grey. It is a startup so I understand but it does get uncomfortable sometimes.

People, team used to be good and open minded.

It's all about My way or high way.. ( get fired) if you challenge or give suggestions founder opinion, pack your bags. Job security is zero. Almost 90% of team has been let go, half of management team left, as they did not listen ill logical dictator. They promice but dont give shares, treatment to leaving employees is very bad as if they are theifs and worthless people leaving on earth. All there business are going down. Fast-paced, transparent working environment. Loads of learning opportunities. Leaders looked for people with intent, not necessarily past experience. Junior folks moved within functions if they showed interest and acumen. Unlike other orgs, people were measured on intent, not results alone. Org was also high on diversity, and went out of its way to support women so they don't drop out post getting married, or post pregnancy....Read More

There were some shifts in strategies which could have been challenging for people who can't deal with ambiguity. But startups always have to be nimble.

Dislikes

1) Clueless founder, only good for unrelated LinkedIn posts. 2) Yes people running the show - criticizing others and delivering no results. There is no growth. 3) High employee churn - most of the early employees have left. 4) There is no room to go against the founder's whims.
