My working time with TTK Prestige was good, I had developed lots of skills in my entire working period. I had took many decision for development of my territory it was very helpful for me in my working time. In all of my decisions my Branch manager was very supportive.

...ays forcing to working in Sunday and holiday time. It's not good for a employee. And as a organisation company have to change in pay or expenses level, They have to revise his policy they have to change in Employee CTC level and Travel policy it's not good for a employee.

Overall working culture is awesome, You can grow by your post in Every two years if you are passing their exam & clearing interview

Dislikes

They are not giving any bonus in diwali festival. Company giving 600 Rs as a diwali's sweet. You can't give or recieve any gift from distributer & from colleague.

If you are working hard and focusing on what is expected from you, company will actually pay you well which in return leads to your career growth and promotions

Lack of Mutual understanding and respect in some case

They give unnecessary pressure in sales. Targets are set too high. You will not only take pressure but also you will be loosing in your 30% variable pay.
