No preference for experienced employees and growth opportunity. There is very less scope for internal movement. Employees are not recognised for their updated skills.

Once you enter the office campus, you are not allowed to step outside, even during breaks, until your shifts ends and you punch out. Your phones are kept in lockers and you will feel locked on your work floor. If you are the one who doesn’t bring lunch from home, you will have to rely on office canteen, which serves overpriced and bad quality food. Unfortunately, even if the food is inedible, you have no other option. If you choose to order food online, your break time will be over and you will not get time to eat peacefully. Here, four wheeler parking costs ₹80 per day, yet finding a spot is a struggle everyday. Like many BPOs, the HR department is more focused on recruitment than employee relations, development or, support. It seems they have targets to hire hundreds of employees everyday due to high employee turnover. In many processes, management seems to prefer when tenured employees resign, as it reduces cost and makes room for newer employees who will value them more, they think. Additionally, each process has its own strict rules, which are only revealed after training is completed and employees start working on the floor.

... to work and interms of employee satisfaction I will say it's the best company . Free cab,best cafeteria ,best environment and pay at time. They never delayed the payment.
