There are no scope grow your technical skills in this industry. Only you cleaning grinding dust all day. Technical skills not developed in this industry. If you are planning some degree then best for you. Other wise no scope in this industry.

Regarding Salary All are from same batch but some will get 47k per month and they are not in any projects and work and us working in projects and getting only 26k So based on work if we can get that may satisfied

Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.
