In Wipro, there are a lot of salary deductions, and the appraisal percentages are not very high, even for hard-working employees. This is the main reason for leaving Wipro, although the working culture is fabulous. If we want to lead a fulfilling life, financial growth is essential, and that’s the only reason for leaving Wipro

Good parts are Salary will be ontime, Leave policy is good . IJP options, Brand value is good.

Company and its operation policy are good but people Who are leading team are not capable enough to direct team according to company values and policies. Work life balance is critical in some of the projects. And it's transportation policy makes you loose your time atleast for 2hours in a day excluding travel time. Leads are not transparent in giving ratings, OT pay won't given on time and most of the time no full OT will be given ,if work extra 10 hours it will be given 1 or 2 hours based on the leads mood. Who ever is capable of doing work will get more work but not appreciated. Lack of carreer development. Favouritism.

I would recommend FIS for knowledge and skills development. Also for initial package for freshers are descent.

...run by a few seniors who considered it against their pride if someone disagreed. Sure the compensation was good , but it's not worth anything as most probably u won't learn a thing that ll help you unless u r d political kind, and the time there will frustrate the living out of you.
