NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.

TA will process only if you take orders without order company allow expenses . Salary will give only if you do minimum 70 % of your target .If you are not serving notice period company is not issuing reliving letter .

Now some part is reduced on performance appraisals. Employee is not getting anual salary package as per industry norms.In Cement industry Salary package is very less as compared to other cement company.
