Dislikes

Salary discrimination between GETs and experienced lateral recruits. Excessive work load. Poor work life balance. Competency of persons positioned at some of the leadership roles needs to be reviewed.

No pressure about vacation days, decent starting salary, frequent promotions

Dislikes

Long projects with same clients becomes monotonous, Appraisal portal only on paper. Delayed and not so transparent appraisal, HR team is almost non-existent.

Job security, Salary and Employee Benefits.. However, promotion will be delayed here.

Dislikes

Lack of transparency and company culture is not so great compare with Tata Steel/ AMNS. Exhaustive 6 days working in a week.

Likes

- Flexibility to work from home/office - Has all the required technical arsenals to compete with the best of its competitors - Provides competitive compensation packages that align with market standards for Accenture Operations. Don't have idea about technology and consulting businesses

Dislikes

- The company places limited emphasis on employee development, leaving much of the responsibility for skill-building to individual employees. While virtual training can be effective for technical skills, it may not be as beneficial for developing soft skills - Due to aggressive competition, speed often takes precedence over quality. This leads to unreasonable contractual terms and a disconnect between promised deliverables and actual results

Work Life Balance is good. Work pressure is according to team and job profile.

Dislikes

Initially benefits were good but now it has been drastically reduced. Sodexo and few allowances has been reduced by 30% and directly paid with you salary and hence taxable.
