Apart from the usual Manager issues everything was great. Concentrix company is very good in terms of the salary in time, but salary is less compared to the market.

Team mates, leads and the work Environment was very good. Those who wants to start their career, this is the best place where you can start off. You can learn many things.

Salary is the concern. Base salary is less, other than this you will get incentives but you cannot rely on the incentives all the time.

Job security is not there they are looking for cost cutting to fire employees

The things I like about the company is that employees have a job security. Even if a process gets shutdown due to any reason, they try to retain the employees from that process by taking them in other on-going process. And there is an opportunity to get promoted every once in a while.

Dislikes

...de skill development training properly and expect a self learning from everyone. And the salary hike is never satisfactory. The yearly hikes are based on performance and performance is based on survey generation which is not quite easy.

I joined Prokarma as a fresher. Teammates of my project are good and helpful in nature. This is great place for fresher's to start their career.

Dislikes

Take-home salary will be less, Few of the projects use old technologies, Leaves are less.
