I experienced worse work culture there was not fixed timings you have start your work every day by 10am and have to work 9:30... I was working during covid time ,if my target gets missed sometimes I had to make sales and works in the weekend also...

No work life balance. No leaves work on public holidays also. For girls no specific timings. You are working from 10:30 am to 9:30 in evening

...the evening , the managers are kind enough to give us relaxation in the morning. The best part that the salary comes on time. The CRT is an eye opening , we get sales books, company's detailed master books, which if memorized can help us grow quickly.

I have enjoying my time in Upgrad as the things are quite good here in terms of learning and in salary also which is the most of the best thing i can say. Well it is much better than the other competitors in the market. work life balance is also quite good here and this is the thing which people want this days

Well workload is high many time but some of the micro management things need to be improved so that things can become more swiftly and the upper management need to look into this very close

Cost cutting at recession period is common in almost all companies but that should not be at the cost of investing in marketing and branding which is one of the major issues in this organization.
