Amazon is good for skill development, benefits and compensation but the work life balance is not good. There is no personal life in amazon.

Force Ranking Attrition goals for management Salary structure , basically your salary will drop after 2 years and you will reach your first paycheck level after 5 years if you dont get promoted .However promotions after Level 5-6 is very hard to come by. Zero Work life balance

Great learning opportunities with excellent compensation.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is missing, HR is non-existent and office politics is worse than anywhere else. The top leadership is abusive and cares little for employees.
