Salary appraisal is based on work performance you work good you'll get good salary and other benefits leave policies are good but its depends on your Leave balance if you've leave balance in your account then you'll get you'll not get whole leaves credited together in leave account you'll get half CL for one month of complete working

the work pressure is very high but compensations and salary is not good enough i am working hard from past eight years on the same post and i am not getting promoted also, the growth of an individual employ is very slow

Everything is good just the salary they offer doesn't fits with the work appraisals should be done. Rest all environment and work life is excellent.
