To be very honest Only the LMS part is tuff for us too handle on time. Other than that nothing.

- some new managers are losing the incredible work culture and bringing India's reknown toxic corporate work culture into picture. They need to learn people management

The training period was like honeymoon period full salary and training and learning , 5 days working was a boon

They increase the pressure with time and after a period of time the expectations from the company becomes unrealistic and hard to achieve

It's permanent work from home, for womens it's really good as they can manage both home and job aswell. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

Dislikes

There are many things here for learning and for knowledge making but there's no hike in salary.

Flexible working hours, awesome compensation, extensive training provided, opportunity to interact with teachers and students across the globe ,professional work environment and understanding management.

Dislikes

I dislike nothing but for people who want easy money, this is not the place. here, you have to put in your best and provide quality work. This is not compromised.
