I like company environment and work life balance.

As I know much more than my job profile and my work and salary is very low, same with approx 60 percent employees here, so I will say skill growing and salary is low points in Exl.

Job security is good. Work life balance is good. Salary packages are good. Salary always provided on time. Work ease is provided, nothing like work pressure. An employee favourite workplace.

Canteen food is disgusting, no proper taste.

Main thing is concerned about salary. Managers are not enquired ground level report. who is the hard work and best . Managers are not recognise. Someone said to the manager that's do him like, that's not correct . Production people how much hard working known to all the department but production people's not satisfied in salary matters.
