My company has good environment for new comers or fresher, which in a good salary package and also only 24 days working in a month so overall good for everyone

Night shift , and on festival day we have to working so I think it is some negative think in our company.

Safe place to work and compensation benefits are good. The management focuses on talent development and often organize wellness programs.

Lifts are not available in some plants. People who sits on higher floors or often commute up and down feel it irritating.

Your work life balance will be disturbed if you're from out of station if you work in production department.
