There is zero job security. They will remove you whever they want by telling that business requirements. First they will hire on their requirement season much more candidates more than requirement after the month is finished they will remove you without any notice period.

cash rich company. food party every alternate week. fast in hiring process.

Dislikes

poor WLB. only night shift for indian employees. no extra pay for night shift, please negotiate hard during discussion. no proper training, 5 days initial training followed by unrealistic expectations - sales like pressure in other depts. this is not required, let people do their jobs. less experienced managers, with no people skills.

Initially facilities were good enough, bonuses, management was kind enought to like the company. Nowadays, we can’t say the same.

Dislikes

The management is so toxic, whole lot of politician personalities. Now, no perks, no bonus, no promotion, no growth and day to day reduction in basic facilities in the name of cost cutting.

Salary comes on time. Mostly We get leaves as per the requirement.

Dislikes

Trainer (Janvi Parmar) of CIBIL process is not professional. She plays love games with her Trainees. She mix personal and work life together. She does partiality while giving leaves to trainees.

Unclear communications within the organisation. Not transparent enough.
