Skill development training is average. Nothing is good actually.

... much poor and also here has LOP issues. It is not recoverable in maximum cases.
I like to do extra work but they are not ready to pay the basic salary which is fixed.
In maximum time higher department is not supportive. And in last 2 months I did work from 5 AM to 3 AM, only 2 hours were my rest time in a day. Because they gave huge works which was not my work, senior employees gave their work to juniors through WhatsApp app or G-meet or G-drive link, because they didn't want to keep any prove.
And there is no email system for work from home employees. First time it was , but after few months it was gone.
Very rude behaviour and high politics.
