...esent all the time also, made an app for employee's emotional and mental health. Salary and benefits, promotions/appraisal are real for sure. Don't get mislead by negative ratings. Skill development/learning is never ending. In conclusion, I really like this company and yes, I'm not asked or paid to write the positive reviews only.
The work culture is not that great, but not bad as well so for a smooth going work and if you are in search for a smooth process work, then it’s a good company.
The dislikes would be especially the salary given. The increment which is as equal as nothing. Worked here for more than 2 years but no such difference in the salary.
I only liked the salary package that was around 31k in hand

There are so much things that i disliked and my experience was very TERRIBLE due to this.
SO FIRST THING FIRST
They do not have enough process trainers When we were in the training period, We mostly only being trained for 1,2 hrs and for rest of the hours The training rooms were not available, Think about it trs are not available how will you be training your candidates,
Second Is About the HR's in this company
So, the HR team is very rude, and they always carry a rude, arrogant face, (Not all) some are very good professional but possibility of that is 3/10 Specially the female staff they're always in a attitude and this is the experience of every candidate, The people who were giving interview with me, we've to roam around their to their just because of their bad management, HR they themselves do not know who do what and to whom we should send the candidate WE WERE LITTERALLY PRAYING TO GOD that plss let us go to from this interview building
Third reason is THE PROCESS TRAINERS
AS I TOLD they do not have enough process trainer so what they do is they hire a trainer from different processes and adjust them to a different processes the trainers themselves do not know about the process and they are learning from old trainers meanwhile our training, How can you EXPECT the candidate to get PASS in the last ACCRED VERY DISAPPOINTED
FOURTH THING i would say is
THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH SYSTEMS SO THAT THE TRAINEES CAN NAVIGATE THE TOOLS
Safe environment for night shifts, best company ever for freshers, managers are easily approachable even the vice president sir, is exceptional when it comes to help the advisor going out of the box, Best company ever for freshers, will get a good salary in international process and good working experience
...me with better percentage
Need to provide timely market correction
Instead of hiring new employees and provide them high package first have connect with employees already doing employment in organisation and motivate them by giving good percentage hike to retain them.
