Dislikes
Lack of Equality - Not in between genders but in between employee. Some are working hard and some are getting extra privilege without any hard work. Taking salary equally but not working equally. Supervisor are also not taking any action against those people even they are not looking into it. They are just sitting and chatting.
Lack of Professionalism- Person who is genuinely working, they are facing arrogant and rude behavior. Some people are getting special treatments. For eg. Employee who has not taken long leave like 7-8 days from the day they joined, in case of emergency like sever health issue such employees are getting any leave but supervisor's favorite employees are getting leave more than 10-14 days reason behind taking leave it just to visit basically holiday. I Understood taking holidays is not a crime but what about those who are not in good condition and they are asked to join in any condition. Middle class people never visit all the time hospitals, they cannot pay such expensive bill of MBBS doctors.
There are many thing but I don't think tech Mahindra can bring improvement in this kind of situation. Even HR is also not looking into it even after complaining about the same issue again and again. I'm working with tech Mahindra for past 1 year and 7 months but from few months I'm feeling frustrated due to all those reason.
1. Work life balance - Pathetic
2. Promotion - Don't even expect
3. Leadership - Rubbish (Only few Managers are good, but from Ops Manager none are good)
4. Even if you have leave balance you can't take it whenever you wish
5. Leave blockout for few weeks during sale(and sale in Amazon is like nearly in every month.)
6. Inhuman call flow(if it's your first job you're done)
7. Shift timings and week offs can get changed anytime
8. Pressure of doing OT. Even though that's optional thing, you'll be pressurized of doing so.

I never got get positive vibes with our cluster manager Mr Pranjith, there is no option to escalate our problem with higher officials. High level designation people are not good in the reliance jewellery SIS format, that's why people leaving the company. This is purely my opinion and experience
