Salary on time but less as compared to market. I was in permanent WFH so work culture was not a point for me. Lucky all managers were good for me.

Dislikes

Quarterly your manager would be changed. Very rare promotion changes. Ops manager would not consider you nor your TL.

Initially facilities were good enough, bonuses, management was kind enought to like the company. Nowadays, we can’t say the same.

Dislikes

The management is so toxic, whole lot of politician personalities. Now, no perks, no bonus, no promotion, no growth and day to day reduction in basic facilities in the name of cost cutting.

The job criteria and the salary matches the exact. You got the opportunity of promotion by filling the igps after the 6 months working period. It's literally very impressive work environment. People there is supportive also.

Dislikes

The work life balance if someone expressed there medical concern is high even with the proper documents and doctor consult. They are not listening to it they thought the person infront created the drama for the leaves. Specially in the case of women when she asking suffering from cramps and unable to sit then why the team leader is forcing to hit the tarket and have to sit on the floor not understand much.

...agers are very helpful understanding always expect one female Assistant manager. Salary always we get on time . Extra income option is also there. Moreover I had spent a unforgettable days out there. ❤️❤️

Dislikes

Nothing is there in this company which I didn't like but Some TLs like Anjul , so so are not eligible to be a part of management. Some TLs in startek are biased about some perticular agent & take advantage of there position & give job threat . Anjul , Adarsh they should be removed from startek .

I am deeply disappointed with my manager's behavior. He demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding, and his approach to leadership seems to lack basic respect for others. His actions have made it difficult to maintain a positive working environment, and I find his mentality and decisions to be concerning. (mrinal sadhu)
