Work culture is pathetic. I was associated with Meta as a project leading training and there is no strong leadership setting expectation with the client about their approach with our teams.

I spent close to 6 years at AON Hewitt and grew up to a Benefits Manager role. This period in my professional life was the most satisfying and most enriching experience in terms of learning and exposure, I often feel like going back if given a right opportunity.

Work culture is good and management is supportive. Team mates are supportive and a good work environment.

Salary is low to the agents. Hike is too low every year.

Everything is great Culture of work, Transperency, Spirit is always positive. Training is given time on time. Over all one of the best working place in my opinion. Freedom to work 👍

Everyone works in the organisation for earning a good salary growth. If a employee really spend his time period of more than 5 Years in the organisation with great appreciation and positive feedbacks from the clients. In my opinion A management should really consider his achievements to next level with giving a good salary packages atleast what he or she truly deserve according to Market experience. No ways I wouldn't have left such a great organisation. Miss working in Wipro all time😊👍
