You get 65% hike immediately on your monthly salary, but your saturday becomes working. Will you leave it or take it?👀

Definitely taking it! A 65% hike is a huge opportunity to boost my savings and future investments. An extra working day isn't ideal, but the financial benefits far outweigh the cost.

I'd have to think long and hard about this. I value my weekends a lot.

wouldn't take it, the thing is there is no limit to money increase and the concept of hedonic treadmill. somethings aren't for sale that is my freedom on the weekends. I would rather upskill myself and be patient and increase my salary gradually.

Tbh, this depends on how my most Monday to Friday looks like.. if it's a good settled 9 to 5 kinda role (which is a myth these days) then working on Saturdays is not a big concern

Take the job and then again switch after 2 years.... 65% is an amount to consider

I will accept the offer and check if I can get the same or better offer as well as 5 days working. If I don't get it then I'll work in the same organisation for a year and will switch after that.

With my current salary, if i get 65%, I will be more than happy to do it till a targeted date and then decide post that. 😀
