Working as a UK Recruitment Consultant and aspire to be Data Analyst
I have a salary of 22k in hand plus 5k incentive approx a month, I want to switch my company and want to join S&P Global, NielsenIQ, Numerator as a data analyst, though I don't have any experience of Data analyst and also i have degree of civil engineering, I have done courses like sql, power bi, excel and some finance/economics/ESG short course. What are my chances to be selected for an entry level role and what could be the salary (inhand) that I should expect.

Your skills in SQL, Power BI, and Excel, plus your knack for analyzing data from your recruitment role, make you a great fit for an entry-level data analyst position at companies like S&P Global, NielsenIQ, or Numerator.
Your finance and ESG courses are a bonus too! To really stand out, create a portfolio of data projects, even if they're small

I tried to talk with the HR of my current company. HR is ready to give the "buy out" option and I am also ok with it. But for the "buy out" to happen, HR needs something officially written from my manager that I do...
Should I Take the Risk?
I have a crush on a coworker who's higher up and earns more😅We work in different departments, and while she is two years younger than me, she belongs to a higher pay grade of employees who earn almost twice as much as I do, although we do almost similar work. Do you have any tips on how to approach her without making things awkward?
