When will companies stand for their employees?
As common people, we don't have much power in our hands. But, Johnson Controls with its presence in 150 countries, $27 billion in revenue in 2023 alone, and a workforce of 100,000 employees - HAS POWER! Don't you think the company should step up for its employees?

The company can show support but then again you have to think that this company supports 100,000 employees! If they get into any trouble, it can impact these many number of people.
