When was the worst day at work and why? What did you do get over with it?
Last week on Friday, I had a really bad day at work. It was like everything bad that could happen, did happen. I’ll never forget the look on my boss’s face when I accidentally deleted the whole presentation for a meeting. It was really scary!
To feel better, I took a deep breath and told myself that mistakes happen. I said sorry to my boss and the client, and then I worked really hard to make the presentation again. By the time the meeting started, I was tired but happy that I could do it. I learned a lesson that day even when things look bad, it’s important to stay calm and try to keep going.

Just don't think and focus on producing result by keeping things to avoid and if you are not confident break the task and over each achievement pat yourself

My worst day at work was when I accidentally deleted a presentation. But I stayed calm, apologized, and remade the presentation. It taught me to stay calm and keep going even when things are tough.
Do you have any bad work stories?

That was a bad day! But you stayed calm and fixed the problem. Mistakes happen, and it's important to learn from them. You're strong and dedicated. Remember, it's not about avoiding mistakes altogether, but rather about learning from them and growing as a result.

A bad day does not equal to a bad life, everyone is human Bad days happen.
I just got some sleep, spoke about it with my husband and moved on. In my case there was nothing I could have done differently to change the outcome.
I cannot get into the details as the company is too well-known.

I have many. That I have so many and that they are so deeply imprinted is likely down to me and my personality; but I am not a slacker, I am not rude, I work hard, I am highly educated, and all I have ever wanted to do is get my head down and do an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay. I don’t want to be rich at the expense of my family and social life. All I’ve ever asked for is a degree of respect and recognition for my efforts.

A bad day is inevitable everywhere you go. Not to sound pessimistic, but bad days are essential for experience in the office or the field. While jobs and working conditions vary, I'll discuss my experience working in the office and how I shake it off like Taylor Swift. Disclaimer: I use "you" about myself.
If something goes wrong, the first step is to take a deep breath and start asking yourself about solutions. I tell myself this mantra as I take a deep breath and exhale slowly, "Crap, come up with something quick or they're going to fire you." I am forcing myself to generate ideas that can lead to a solution with a little help from adrenaline and fear. Second, I aim for at least 3 ideas and, third is to let the neurons fire off something interesting to test. Doesn't matter what they are, I just need something to work on that will lead me to a solution. This may take practice and iteration.
