So, I was working on this cool project using Spotify's API, everything was going fine, until one day...boom! Spotify decided to shut down a bunch of its API endpoints. It was like someone just pulled the plug on my computer while coding.

I had this awesome app idea to recommend songs based on your mood, but suddenly, some of the data I needed disappeared. 
Yaar, yeh kya ho gaya? But hey, that's tech life, right?

My manager made this WhatsApp group called 'Weight Loss Group' out of the blue. He just announced it on a call and boom, there it was. He wanted us to post our weight like, pictures of our feet on the scale twice a week. He'd even tag us in our regular work chat to remind us. It was super strange. Thing is, our team's never talked about weight loss before. One of my coworkers asked if we could do it just once a week, but the manager said no. It didn't feel optional at all, since we were just added without any say. I'm wondering if this is normal. Do other teams do this?

How Much Should I Charge for My First Freelance Project?

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. 
I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).  
This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. 
I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.  

Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
