What's the average annual increment percentage offered at GE Vernova

Hi all, I am from infosys indore with YOE - 12 as Technology Lead for application production support and operation with 14.25 fixed Ipa. I got offer from Accenture indore as associate manager for incident Management service with 20 Ipa fixed components. Another offer from alliancebernstein pune as operation Lead for IAM operation with 25 LPA My hometown is Shivpuri (M.P.)Please advise what to choose.Should I negotiate more with AllianceBernstein for more salary?

My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time.I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do?Can I join new company will 2 weeks are left to complete notice period in current company? can new company know about this? I resigned from my current company a couple of days ago. I have a 90 day notice period. I tried to negotiate it with my manager of the current company, asking to release early as the new company has early requirements and also on a medical ground basis, but my manager is not agreeing.
