Take the Milestone offer, hands down....12 LPA is a massive jump, and at the end of the day, money matters. L1 support may not sound fancy, but you can always switch again after a year or two once you’ve stabilized financially.

The ever leading topic of notice period
I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa.I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only.Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now.Any suggestions?

So, there’s this colleague who seems to be going behind my back. They’re emailing the line manager and complaining about everything I do, decisions, situations, even my work. It feels like they’re keeping tabs on me just to criticize. What’s the best way to deal with someone like this? Should I confront them or just keep doing my thing?
