What to do now?
It's been a week since the HR called and said congratulations your profile been shortlisted, will share you the LOI soon. Today upon following said just waiting for the final approval will share it by this week. Not sure what's cooking actually as nothing been intimated to me via email or even he haven't asked for any document i.e. even salary proof.

HR delays are normal, but keep following up professionally. A polite reminder email every 3-4 days works best.
