Third party opportunity

Hi I am getting a third party opportunity of Supply Chain analyst at johnson & johnson from Randstad. Shall I join. They are giving 100% hike. And also said will get permanent role based on performance.

Hello All,Today I received an Offer from "Suzuki Motors India Private Limited" in the Spares Parts Department at a designation of Assistant Manager in Gurgaon Location.Salary Offered to me :- 11.79 LPA which is 98k CTC/month and 86k In Hand/month.Can anyone suggest if this is a decent offer to accept for Gurgaon location or need to ask for more %hike.My current CTC is 80k CTC/month which is 9.6 LPA.
