Stuck in a new company's toxic role
Hello folks! I am stuck in a tricky situation, Had 3 yrs exp in Data Analytics, recently joined a new company but suddenly everybody left like my manager and director and there is no one who knows end to end knowledge of my process and the work is like a legacy platform troubleshooting. Nobody gave a kt and there is no one who has knowledge of that platform. Just daily thinking how to leave this toxic culture because there is no one who is supporting. It's only been two months since I've been in this new company. Should I resign and search for a new opportunity or I should tolerate this mental stress. Also if I get a call they are saying why you are looking for sudden change, you have worked for 3 years and it's your 3rd company. What should I do can someone experienced help me? Any suggestions?

If the environment is toxic and there’s no support so leaving is the best option

Leaving after just two months might raise red flags for future employers especially with multiple job changes

If it's a WITCH company ask for different project. Else you can look for new job and inform recruiter upfront that I did not receive the role I was promised. Like tell them you joined for data analysis and they were asking you to do support. Don't say different technology or recruiters think you aren't passionate to learn new things. They might offer less hike after this but you can't really expect to receive another big hike just after staying for 2 months. If money is the only goal then you can tough it out for atleast a year and then you can ask for big hike on top of your current compensation
