Im serving notice period and i would like to check team if there is any opportunity in space planning.. I have total 13 year of experience and finding difficulties to get job.. I cleared most of the interviews but at last moment they say the position went on hold.. Now I have 2 opportunity but is the same culture what I'm going through now

The ever leading topic of notice period

I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa.I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only.Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now.Any suggestions?
