Should I join Zomato or stay at Samsung?
Hi, I am working as a software engineer at Samsung
I have got an offer from Zomato and they are giving me the backend engineer role which I wanted.
In Samsung, as it is an MNC and I am fresher we are assigned very low-priority tasks and learning is not there at all. But in Zomato learning will be huge.
But a lot of reviews say that work culture is extremely horrible at Zomato and they fire very quickly.
So I am confused because in Samsung job security is high.
Zomato is offering double my current CTC.

If you're comfortable with some risk, Zomato seems like a good opportunity for growth. The financial boost and learning potential are significant. However, prioritize talking to Zomato employees to understand the work culture better.

It feels like they’re keeping tabs on me just to criticize. What’s the best way to deal with someone like this? Should I confront them or just keep doing my thing?
